- Contact your local F&M Branch or sign into F&M Online or Mobile Banking to chat with an F&M Bank support representative.
- Have you activated your debit card?
- Your card should now be active if you opened your account in an F&M Branch location.
- If you opened your account online, your debit card should arrive within 7-10 business days following account opening. If your card still doesn’t arrive after this window, you may contact your local F&M Branch for an instant issue debit card, or request a card replacement inside F&M Mobile.
- You can activate your card within the mobile app or by simply using your debit card with the PIN that was provided.
- Need to make a loan payment? You have two easy options!
- Make loan payments within F&M Mobile or Online Banking.
- Use our quick online payment portal.
