A lifelong resident of the Shenandoah Valley, Olivia Wightman brings a deep-rooted passion for agriculture to her role as an Agriculture Lender at F&M Bank. Growing up in Edinburg, Virginia, Olivia developed an early appreciation for the farming industry through her involvement in FFA, where she served as an officer. She went on to earn a degree in Agribusiness Management with a minor in Professional Sales from Virginia Tech, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

During her time at Virginia Tech, Olivia was actively engaged in agricultural leadership, serving as the president of the National Agri-Marketing Association. Her hands-on experience continued with a summer internship at F&M Bank, where she worked closely with both the agriculture and credit departments. This experience solidified her desire to support local farmers through tailored financial solutions.

Now a dedicated member of F&M Bank’s Ag Lending team, Olivia is committed to helping farmers across the Shenandoah Valley navigate the financial aspects of their operations. Whether working with livestock producers, crop farmers, or agribusiness owners, she takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing personalized lending solutions to strengthen the region’s agricultural community.
