There is so much I enjoy about being a manager for F&M Bank, it’s really difficult to narrow down one specific piece of my job that I love most. My customers and staff mean a lot to me. Outstanding customer service and follow up is extremely important, and I do my best to ensure this happens.

I was born and raised in Shenandoah County and currently reside here, so working close to home allows me to serve many familiar faces. In Woodstock, personal relationships and genuinely caring for others are still base values. This is what I enjoy most about my community!

Since 2006, I’ve been in the retail banking industry and have seen the move towards fintech and more self-serve solutions. However, at F&M Bank, we still hold strong customer service in high regard. We also care about the community. I enjoy volunteering with the bank on various opportunities throughout the year and serving as a Director on a local nonprofit board.
